We’re not a huge remodeling company and we don't sub out all the work. We personally manage each project from beginning to end. Our company does all the work ourselves except for the specialty trades. So you’ll see the same people on the job, not a different guy every day. Because we don’t have a large staff, we can keep costs reasonable.
