Initial Meeting & Walk Through
The first step in the process is to meet you at your home to discuss the project in detail. We’ll go over what you want, don’t want and talk about what areas you might be unsure of. We'll go over options and evaluate what works best for your lifestyle, needs and budget to help you determine exactly the end results you're envisioning.

Meeting with You and Our Partners
We like to schedule a meeting with you, us and a few of our primary, specialty subcontractors. We can usually make this happen in one meeting. This accomplishes a few different purposes. (1) you get to meet the subcontractors who will be working in your home, (2) you get the expertise of the specialty contractor to help in your decision making and (3) it's a way to get the scope of work really nailed down in detail. That way you get a bid based on actual prices not inflated prices that cover any "general" work done.

Initial General Proposal and/or Final Bid
In our experience, most people want to see an estimated bid first to see if it fits within in their budget. We're happy to do this as a way to determine general costs. From there, we can make any adjustments you like to make your project exactly what you want.

Next, a final bid and contract will be presented along with a clearly defined scope of work.
